Practice Sessions
Regular drop-in sessions help keep up practice and support for those who have attended courses. Practice sessions can be held online or face to face within your setting, to learn how to meditate or to sustain practice.

Monthly Meditation
Regular drop-in meditation practice sessions are held online or face to face and usually range from 30-60minutes. Please contact me for dates and further information.
Day retreats
Day or half days of practice are both online & in person. All gold-standard courses include a day of practice which allows participants to experience the meditations they have been practicing with throughout the course in a seamless spacious fashion. These days are mostly in silence except for the meditation guidance. If you have attended an 8-week mindfulness course you are welcome to join any of these practice days, please contact me for dates and further information.
‘Hush Hikes’@ Lough Gur
Kind Mind Ireland is situated near the shores of the ancient and beautiful Lough Gur. Hush Hikes are a great way to ease some stress and reconnect with nature and with yourself. Held within a ‘container of hush-ness’ to allow nature to take centre stage, this is a gentle walking path around the shores of the lake, some mindful yoga type movements and finishes with light refreshments. Suitable for all ages and no experience of mindfulness or yoga is needed. Indeed, a ‘beginners mind’ is very helpful!
